At the Monterey Bay Aquarium earlier this year. This guy was moving all around his tank, and gave me a ton of good pictures, although they are all pretty noisy due to the very limited light I had.

I haven’t been taking as many pictures as I’d like recently, but I did get this one from Saturday’s Miracle Fruit party. It’s a little dark, but Brad looks very cute holding that baby. He should do it more often!

Although the sunset on this evening wasn’t particularly spectacular, I liked now it offset these flowers. There’s no color detail in the flowers themselves, but their silhouette is strong.

Christina spotted these diseased flowers on the sidewalk near my house over the weekend. I really like the color play between the flower petal and the brown disease.

The Rain & Splash
This is the rain that created the lovely lake in Shayna’s previous picture. I haven’t done a lot of high-speed stop-action photography, so I’m happy about how this came out. I wanted something different than the traditional drop-in-midair photo, and this splash is what I wanted.

Usually there isn’t water here. The recent storms have been kind to my camera and me.
Happy
I’ve been sick this last week, so I haven’t taken many photos, nor have I had the energy to go through older ones to post.
However, I did capture this one of Littlest playing with a colander. She is one happy baby. :)
